Attending dance classes is one of those wishes that many people have, and they wait for the start of the school year to find the right dance academy that will allow them to discover a world full of joy, fun, music, new friends, new illusions, etc.
In our dance classes, you will find all that and more, because we put all our heart and our passion for it.

We love to see how as the course progresses, the students get to feel more confident about themselves, they look happier. It is exciting to see how their faces start to glow, they laugh, they get ready to go to class. They tell me that this time in class is the happiest time of the day, that at that time they get to laugh, have fun and disconnect. Every day that passes they make new friends and carry out activities together, coming to feel that they are part of something, part of a group of people with one thing in common, the desire to learn to dance.

Look no more excuses to find that hole in your life, and make up your mind to attend dance classes now.

Kizz Latin Dance makes it very easy for you, as we have schedules for all audiences. There are Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba classes in the morning and in the afternoon. There are different levels for each one to advance at their own pace. If you have rotating or complicated shifts, you can play with our schedules so you don’t miss any class.

Every two/three months we open a new beginners group from scratch at Innova, Benalmádena.
The next beginners course starts on the 3rd of April 2023 every Monday and Wednesday at 17:00h at Innova.

A class in which you will learn the basic steps of salsa, bachata and kizomba to be able to move to the next level without much difficulty.

We teach Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba classes in Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmádena, and Torremolinos, but we have students who come from Fuengirola, Coin, Alhaurin, Álora, El Rincón de la Victoria, Vélez Málaga, Mijas, Málaga …
Which makes us feel very loved and valued, given the long distances these people travel to attend our classes.

Different levels of dance classes

In order for you and your classmates to progress smoothly, at Baila con Sara we offer different levels in our dance classes. In this way, you will be able to attend the level that corresponds to your experience, where you will find people of the same level as you.

Levels in Salsa and Bachata:

  • Beginner level
Designed for those who have never taken a step in their life, those who claim to be a dizzy duck, even for those who have two left legs. It is also ideal for those who already know how to dance something, but want to acquire a good base to advance better. You will learn the basic steps of Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba.
  • Basic/intermediate level
This level is for those who have already mastered the basic steps that are indispensable in Salsa, such as the cross with a turn among others. If you are not familiar with this name, then you should go through the beginners level. In a couple of months you will pass this level with the required knowledge.
  • Nivel medio/avanzado
Here we have those who have already mastered the cross with a twist and the cup. We do complicated figures and the learning pace is fast.
If you are not familiar with the names above, you should start at the beginner level.

Levels in Kizomba:

  • Beginner level
You will learn the basic steps of Kizomba, but also Salsa and Bachata.
  • Open level
It is suitable for all levels.
Each month we do a combination of new figures. We start with simple figures and we make them more complicated depending on the level of the group. We even make adaptations for each one.

Dance classes in the mornings and afternoons

In addition to our afternoon classes, we also offer morning classes for those who have difficult timetables.
We have been running consolidated morning groups for more than 10 years.

This allows you to attend only in the afternoon, only in the morning or combine both shifts depending on your timetable and available levels.
