Bachata and fitness festival in Fuengirola, Málaga
The third edition of the “Be Fit and Sensual”, fitness and bachata festival that will be held from July 18 to 21 in Fuengirola, Málaga.
This is a festival of fitness and dance in which professionals converge Latin dance, mainly bachata, with fitness instructors.
This festival of fitness and dance in Fuengirola aims to bring attendees to improve their fitness to get much better in their dance.
For this, in the program, you have both masterclasses with the best dance instructors, as well as with the best fitness trainers. As well as lectures on feeding and how to avoid muscular problems.
In “Be Fit and Sensual” you will work both dance and physical exercise. Based on the fact that a good dancer needs to have strong muscles to be able to perform a show with acrobatics, or to be able to hold dancing all night on the dance floor.
This fitness and dance festival will take place at Hotel Las Palmeras, Fuengirola, Málaga. In a party atmosphere for three full days (shows and parties every day, two simultaneous workshops) and on the beach line(200 meters).
